I have always been a very satisfied customer at Van Gent, but I was able to experience the fantastic service again last weekend. Rented a Crafter with tail lift for our move. Good cars at good prices and very easy to arrange online, so you pick up the key and go straight away: I had a practically new Crafter with me. And what do I do: I hit it with damage. Deeply embarrassed back to Van Gent... with fear of a sky-high bill. They could polish it off, they said. What a relief. Until next time guys!
